Shipping policy
Shipping in Canada
Except for original artworks, all shipping within Canada will be a flat rate of $20 for standard
Canada Post shipment. If your order is over $200, shipping will be FREE.
I do not provide shipping insurance. You may contact me to request shipping insurance and the
amount will be added to your invoice. info@peggiecollinsdesign.com
You may choose expedited shipment by prior arrangement. Please contact me to arrange it. info@peggiecollinsdesign.com
Original artwork and prints
Original artworks require a custom shipping calculation and I will contact you prior to
finalizing the sale in order to confirm all shipping details and provide a custom shipping invoice.
All shipping charges will be the responsibility of the purchaser and you will be able to review
and accept shipping charges and shipping insurance before the sale is completed.
Please see “Special Note about Canvases” below for additional information about shipping
original artworks.
Local Pickup
You will have the option to choose local pickup at checkout. Local pickup will be available at an

Special Note about Canvases
Some canvases may be too large to ship safely or affordably. In these cases, the canvas will be
removed from the stretcher and shipped rolled in a sturdy tube. Prior to preparation for regular
or tube shipping, I will contact you to confirm the cost and method of shipment.

Please list the items you are interested in and your shipping address so I can estimate the shipping cost and any constraints.
I will then provide you with a custom invoice for actual shipping costs and the method of shipment (for example, padded envelope, custom box or tube, depending on the products you are interested in).
After you receive the custom invoice, you can decide if you wish to proceed with the order. Once
you have confirmed you wish to proceed, I will charge your credit card with the total amount and
ship the products to you.
All U.S. and foreign clients will be responsible for paying all applicable taxes and duties upon
receipt of their products.
IF YOUR SHIPMENT ARRIVES DAMAGED
If your shipment arrives and the shipping container is damaged, please contact me immediately.
Before opening the shipping container, you must photograph the damaged container. You may then open the container to see if the product(s) have been damaged in any way but if the damage is material, please photograph the damaged artwork.
