Spanish poppies is a special painting done on 4 equal size canvases brought together in a custom made frame. The painting was done while living in Spain in 2018 and was designed in quadrants for easy transporting back to Canada.

On one of the daily visits to the local village these poppies all of the sudden made their appearence at the side of the road and the purple poppy especially made me want to pull over for a closer look. I never knew there were such a thing!
